Good habits for better health. How important are healthy habits for our good health?

Our body is very sensitive to each and every thing that we subject our body to, be it a food, stress and emotions and habits, our body responds to that we may not notice the result soon but over the time when one becomes older the habits which he adapted in his younger age shows the sign of their effect.

One of classical example of the effect of our habits on our body is diabetes and increased level of cholesterol, these two diseases are mostly developed in to an individual just because of unhealthy habits.

I will like to list few of then so that you may adapt then if not today but may be later when you will realize the importance of these good habits.

1.Eat as much as you need, don't over eat.

2.Walk every day in morning minimum for half hour , if you dint get time to walk in morning take out some time in evening even if it is late up to 8 pm , you sould should perform little exercise regularly at least for half hour every day

3.If you take a break one day , then do walk next day.

4.Have your dinner at least two hours before you go to sleep, As our body and stomach do lot of work while we are sleeping , the presence of food slow down the digestion process while we are sleeping , the food we eat may not get digest completely , it may cause high gastric acid secretion while we are sleeping , which causes deterioration in our health, we feel tired in such situation , if you feel tired in morning , if you always feel tired in morning then your dinner time in evening may be the reason for that , you may be taking your dinner too late in night , so have your dinner earlier in evening then you will notice the difference soon.

5.Eating fermented products in dinner also affect much on heath of elderly individuals due to acidity , and gas formation in stomach , so avoid such food in evening dinner.

6.Most important:
Drink plenty of water through out the day, how we do not forget to take medicine , i will like to suggest you to drink plenty of water through out the day , this helps in removing toxic metabolic waste out of our body faster , so that the harmful effect of toxin is not observed.

7.Quite smoking.
Smoking is the basic root cause for many diseases.
Smoking make stomach muscle loose and then belly size increases over the time.Increased belly puts lot of pressure on lungs and then up on heart.
It is curse to mankind , smoking has not caused any good thing , always our society and mankind has suffered lot due to smoking so please try to quite smoking.
To Quite smoking is not easy but its not difficult too, through your cigarate once and then never smoke cigarette again in life.

Regular physical exercise help in quitting smoking

8.Sleep at least for 8 hour in night , minimum sleep required for our body is 8 hours , if you don't get time some day you should at least sleep for minimum 6 hours.It helps in maintaining your immunity and good health, many stressful individual has inherited this habit in them.
