Healthy habits , how to stay fit and fine

To stay fit is not a big rocket science , rather its very simple , you should adapt following simple tips to keep your self fit and fine in so much changed modern life stile 1.Reduce Fatty diet: Avoid eating oily things , fired foods , burgers , and fatty meat instead one should drink more of milk , and cream if one required a lower fatty diet. 2.Eat fiber rich food Most of food which is rich in fiber is most nutritious ,eating grains and beans supply complex carbohydrates. 3.Drink plenty of water Water is a medium for removing toxic substances out of our body , hence drinking more water enables our body to remove more unria and uric acid , and other nitrogen containing metabolic biproducts. Water help in increasing blood volume and increased tissue blood supply which ensures proper supply of oxygen to all the tissues. 4.Reduce sugar intake : Sugar is sweet and, one don’t get idea when it will harm, more sugar intake is one of main cause of obesity, and related diseases like diabetes and increase cholesterol , obesity. 5.Use salt properly; One should not use salt excessively in any diet , excess salt consumption leads to imbalance of other electrolytes and minerals , disturbing blood volumes and resistance to its flow , resulting in to diseases like high blood pressure. 6.Qute smoking: Smoking is one of the biggest curse to human being , it gives pleasure for a moment and it result in CNS depression and may result in many serious diseases. Peoples say we should quite smoking slowly , but with that you fool you r mind , you should throw away the cigarette and should not touch it again in your life , that’s how I quite my habit of 6 years. And last 7 years I am not smoking. 7. Reduce stress in your life Stress is some thing one can not show it to any one in physical form , it is felt by one who gets that , and it harms our body , in fact it is the most responsible reason for process of aging , so how to relive stress , watch a movie with your friend very week or go for weekend picnic. These are so simple tips all one can follow with great possibility and one can stay fit for life.

Very good recommendations. Research has uncovered the following facts: The more of these habits followed, the healthier a person will be. A 45-year-old man who adheres to only three of the habits was said to have a life expectancy of 21.6 more years. But under normal conditions a man of the same age who follows six or seven of them could expect to live another 33.1 years. (I wonder if he starts when he is 80 .. could he live to be 113.1?? Just kidding!)
