How to study on the day before examination? Tips for students who fear about examination

Question: Sir I am a student studying in 12th standard and fear lot just the day before the exam , i am not able to do any study , preparation for exam, is there any medicine to over come my exam fear? Dear students I am a medical professional and its not that i did not suffered the examination fear , but every one in world do fear before the examination , and this is the only thing which most affect on the overall performance of a student, therefore please adapt following simple points in your life. I am an author and i like to write answers of questions about various disease, health and medical over here http://fithesswithme.com 1. Do study regularly through out the year. 2. Read your topic in the book at least once in the year and highlight the important one only. 3. Do not study in night; it deprives your brain from required sleep. Sleeping is a kind of tonic for our brain, when you don't sleep in night and study, actually whatever you study is under tremendous load on brain. Rather you should sleep for minimum 6 hours in night, sleep exactly before 12 pm in night and get up at 4 am, do take bath, and some tea and study early in morning till 7 am, by the time you have to go to your exam. This method works best, our brain in morning after good sleep is very sound and it has great grasping power, and what ever you study in morning you remember on the same day of exam very easily. In morning our reading speed also increases, before exams, just read the things which you had already marked earlier. 4. Share things with your friends, play with them for one or two hours after exam and similarly prepare next day for next subject, remember sleeping in night increase your brains performance. 5.If you have a friend then you can make use of him to remember difficult tings , , slit the difficult things in to few parts , and make a game out of it , and play the game with your self our your friend , then you will remember thing very easily. 6.More you are relaxed on the day before your examination more you will study and better will be your performance so , nothing great thing happens if you worry , more you worry more will be difficulty for you, rather try to be fearless before exams then see your performance in your examination do goes up You will find many health related medical questions and answers for many medical things answered by healthcare professionals here http://fithesswithme.com
