Why we feel tired even after doing little work or walking There are many pathophysiological conditions behind the condition when a person feels tired or week even after doing little work or walking few minutes distance. If the weakness is observed from last two to three days then it may be because of some infection causing feverish conditions or diarrhea. If one feels tired since long time since from months then there could be some serious matter following may be the reasons 1.Diabetes melitus 2.Liver disease like liver damage or hepatitis. 3.Low hemoglobin level. 4.Increase blood cholesterol. Diabetes is a disease which is one of reason for lower physical activity.This is because a in diabetes increased blood sugar level disturbs all metabolic activities of body tissue. Liver is the main part in our body where the food which we eat is metabolized and used up for storing it as various metabolites and proteins and enzymes, all metabolic toxic material is also degraded and sent out of body in to urine and feces.The liver damage is one of the main reason for lower physical functions, the feeling of weakness should not be neglected one should immediately consult doctor and ensure you don't have above listed diseases. Due to low physical function and improper food intake , or bleeding hemoglobin content in our body may go down and the oxygen requirement of all body tissues may not get fulfilled , which is also one of reason for prolonged and chronic weakness and lower physical activity. Increase cholesterol level initiates development of diabetes , and account for weakness hence one should be very careful , and undertake physical exercise and consult your doctor for cholesterol lowering therapy. Apart from above reasons there could be one important reason amounting to all above condition which is low physical activity.
